i enjoyed the breakfast a lot. there was so much variety. the rooftop pool offered a place to relax with a drink and a nice view. the hotel also has a well maintained garden.

The location is VERY close to the main attractions. The hotel provided complimentary welcome prosecco. The staff members were polite AND always ready to help. Breakfast had a big variety of food.
the hotel had VERY dated interior and a lot of elderly people staying there.

central location clean room amazing view
The location is excellent. It is a short walk to restaurants. i appreciated the modern and clean rooms. the rooftop offered amazing views, i enjoyed it very much.
the pool closed quite early, a bit of a shame.

The staff provided helpful assistance, especially at reception. the maids were friendly and hard-working. They kept the rooms very tidy. bar staff were attentive and made sure i had everything i needed.

the breakfast included yogurt juice and fresh fruit. the rooftop pool provided a great view. air conditioning was effective .

An Acceptable Stay
train station central location early check-in eating places good advice bad laundry poor service ruined clothes damaged items inefficient system
The hotel is near the train station and the city center. This made it easy to get around. The staff helped with an early check-in. They also gave advice on places where to eat.
The laundry service was bad , I felt. My clothes got ruined and shrunk because of the wash. Some clothes came back the same as before. It was disorganized. I had to explain what items I sent for washing, even though they had my room number.
